At Vibe District, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Change of Mind / Wrong Sizing
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit within the 10-day return period if:

The item is in original, saleable condition.

You contact us within the return window.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges due to change of mind or sizing issues.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at vibedistrictau@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.

Do not send items back without receiving return confirmation.
Damages and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your item upon arrival. If you receive an item that is:

Contact us immediately at vibedistrictau@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly — including a refund, exchange, or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Sale items

Gift cards

Personal care products (e.g., fragrance, beauty items)

Custom or personalized products

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable items)
Exchanges
To make an exchange:

Email us to request the exchange.

Return your original item after approval.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit or advise on how to purchase the correct item.
Refunds
If your return is approved for a refund (e.g., in the case of a faulty or incorrect item), you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.
