Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer standard and express shipping options through Australia Post.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vibe District is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for delays or lost packages once handed over to the carrier. If your package is missing or delayed, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number. We're happy to assist with any investigations if needed.
